True Vintage 1970s Handmade Cotton Floral Italian Fresco Print Maxi Skirt & Top Set - S
This versatile sheer 1970s-era handmade set features an elegant Italian floral fresco print in shades of lavender, purple, green and white. It features:
• Fitted bodice and full skirt
• Square boat neckline and bodice with sculpted waist
• Maxi length with pleated ruffle hem
• Top has a somewhat unfinished hem (see closeup photo)
• Unlined
• Side metal zip closure with hook & eye on skirt, side plastic zipper on top (note: zipper length exceeds top length, but you can easily tuck this pat in or have a shorter zipper installed)
• No fabric content label, but appears to be a crisp 100% cotton
• Appears to be homemade
• Based on the style and construction, I estimate this piece dates to the 1970s
• Care: Dry clean or hand wash cold
• This item has been dry cleaned
Styling note: Tuck the top in or leave it out for two different looks. Both pieces can be worn separately for added versatility!
