This stunning black draped jersey dress by Catherine Malandrino features:
• Grecian draped silhouette with empire waist, fitted at bust and loose through waist and hips
• Square neckline with front panel that secures around the neck with a rhinestone button at back
• Pleated folds across front and back of bust
• Hidden side plastic zipper
• Boning at front, back and sides
• Fully lined
• Elegantly draped silhouette finishing in a soft bubble hem

About the designer: Since starting her own label, Catherine Malandrino has woven together the energy of Manhattan with the romance and elegance of Paris. Born in Grenoble, France, Malandrino began her career in Paris after graduating from Esmod. She worked in the house of Doroth'e Bis, Louis Feraud, Emanuel Ungaro, and in the 90s was the creative force for five years that gave the rebirth to the French label "Et Vous". She made her entrance in America when she met her husband and partner Bernard Aidan in 1998 and did the re-launch of the Diane Von Furstenberg collection in New York. The fashion designer Catherine Malandrino currently designs two lines of clothing: her high-end runway Malandrino line and her contemporary Catherine Malandrino line.
