These stunning vintage embroidered dragon boots by Patrick Cox feature:
• Softly pointed toe
• Embroidered dragon design on outer side
• Metallic foiled light gold genuine leather interior
• Leather insole and outsole
• Textile upper (fabrication unknown, possibly crepe de chine)
• Made in Italy
• Designer label: Patrick Cox
• Based on the label, style and construction, I estimate this item dates to the late '90s
• This item appears to be new and unworn, and comes with original box
• Comes with original receipt from Neiman Marcus. Originally priced at $570 (equivalent to $1,000 in today's dollars adjusted for inflation).
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Some faint scratches on the outsoles and scuff on back of right heel (possibly due to storage); see detail photos.
Labeled EU size 37½ (equivalent to US size 7) and I feel like this fits true to size, but please refer to measurements:
• 8⅛" toe to heel at outsole
• approx 10½" toe to heel at insole
• 3" width across ball of foot
• 4¼" heel height
• 14" circumference around top of boot / around calf
