This sweet black & white polka dot dress features:

• 3-tier, flouced/flared hem - has great movement

• 60% Rayon, 40% Acetate

• Based on the label, style and construction, I estimate this piece dates to the early 1990s

Condition: Very good vintage condition.
Marked size 4, but I believe it best fits a modern XS. Please refer to measurements:
• 16.5" across chest (fits up to 33" bust)
• 13.5" across waist (fits up to 27" waist)
• 17.5" across hips (fits up to 38" hips)
